BUBBLES: SCIENCE, SUSTAINABILITY AND TECHNOLOGY
Abstract : This talk is about bubbles, a peculiar pocket of gases penetrating our daily life, from bathing to drinking. Some smart animals employ bubbles for survival with very interesting science involved. Significantly, bubbles created during waves breaking may have a crucial effect on the absorption of carbon dioxide in the oceans and the sustainability of the world. The intelligent manipulation of bubbles may cool a surface with ultra-high heat intensity and enhance nuclear safety, too.
